A cellar discovery, an unexpected region or a personal favourite. Every Friday, sommeliers Janni Berndt Dahl and Amandah select three wines they want you to experience, usually available only by the bottle.

One of Sweden’s internationally recognised wine personalities, Janni leads Mr. Bronck at Sheraton Stockholm. She holds the distinction of Chevalier in L’Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, an honour held by few in Sweden. Her wine list spans Napa cult wines and Burgundy Grands Crus, drawing on a career devoted to wine.

Alongside her is Amandah, a fellow sommelier who has worked with Janni and brings her own knowledge, palate and favourites to the selection. Open Bottle Society is a chance to discover wine through both their perspectives.

They’re there to pour, share the stories behind their choices and help you find something you might never have ordered yourself. The selection changes each week, giving you a fresh reason to return.

Choose a glass, explore all three with a wine flight of 3 × 7.5 cl, or share a bottle over dinner.

Drop by after work or meet a few friends. Let Friday afternoon turn into Friday evening at your own pace. Open Bottle Society finishes at 20:00, but your evening at Mr. Bronck can continue with our new dinner menu.
